    Well laid out rooms with a small kitchen, a seating area and a couch, etc. Location just next door to an awesome restaurant which was great and palmerston north and the shop. Also, by the extensive roadworks occuring in the area...

    I had a very enjoyable stay. I thoroughly enjoyed this boutique hotel and stayed for one night here. All the services were good, the room was well laid out with comfortable beds and a good bathroom, for instance.

    The guy on reception was very helpful recommending places to eat - even hand drawing a map for us to follow! Fabulous shower and nice modern fittings in bathroom.

    The kitchen facilites were more limited than we had realised so without plates bowls etc. we coldn't have breakfast. There was a fridge though.

    The room was lovely and was very clean.

    Only had 2 sachets of coffee on the room but lots of tea and drinking chocolate. Would like to see more coffee please. On arrival I had to wait for 10 mins before being served, I acutally had to ring the motel phone to get someone out at reception - not a good first impression. I was told that there was a function that had just started and this is why I had to wait- sorry not good enough. When you are paying $183 per night you expect to be served straight away Im a paying customer to.

    I liked the very friendly greeting on arrival - you quickly felt comfortable and like friends. Went out of their way to explain the hotel structure and history and just really loved the intimate boutique style and interior design of the hotel.
